Through LPC over 10,000 people are employed and we welcome many international flex workers. For about 70% of them we arrange local accommodation, so they have a place to unwind after a day’s work.
The aim is to keep the commute between home and work as short as possible for a healthy work-life balance. To ensure a pleasant and safe living environment we have welcome officers who keep in personal contact with all residents.
Housing is an important part of the onboarding process for our flex workers. We consider it our duty to make sure our people have a comfortable place to live.
We ensure that locations meet privacy, hygiene and safety standards. LPC self-manages SNF-certified accommodation locations throughout the country.
