How it works
From first contact to your first day at work
We guide you step by step through the entire process, so you can focus on starting strong.

Application and initial contact
Your journey begins with your application via our website or a partner. Once we receive your CV we contact you within a few days to review your availability, experience and the basic requirements.

Video interview and selection
If the first contact is positive we schedule a video interview. You introduce yourself and we discuss the position, practical matters and housing.

Offer and preparation
After the interview we let you know as soon as possible. If approved you receive an official offer with all details about your position, work location and conditions.

Gathering documents
We ask you to send a few important documents such as a copy of your ID and, once in the Netherlands, your BSN number. We make sure you are insured and fully informed.

Travel and arrival
We coordinate your arrival. In most cases a team picks you up at the airport free of charge and takes you to your accommodation, which is already fully prepared.
06
Starting work and ongoing support
On your first day you are welcomed by your new team. We stay closely involved and keep in regular contact to make sure everything goes smoothly.
