We guide you step by step through the entire process, so you can focus on starting strong.
Your journey begins by submitting your application via our website or one of our partners. Once we receive your CV we contact you within a few days to review your availability, experience and whether you meet the basic requirements, such as speaking English and your willingness to travel. We also explain the costs of travel and accommodation.
If the first contact is positive we schedule a video interview. You introduce yourself, share your work experience and expectations, and learn more about the position. We also discuss practical matters like driving skills, using a bicycle, and details about the job and housing.
After the interview we let you know as soon as possible if you have been selected. If approved you receive an official offer with all details about your position, work location and employment conditions, plus all information about your travel and stay.
We ask you to send a few important documents, such as a copy of your ID, driver’s licence if applicable, and your BSN number once you are in the Netherlands. We also make sure you are insured and fully informed about your rights and obligations.
Once everything is organised we coordinate your arrival. In most cases a team picks you up at the airport free of charge and takes you directly to your accommodation, which is already fully prepared for you.
On your first day you are welcomed by your new team and introduced to the workplace. We stay closely involved and keep in regular contact to make sure everything goes smoothly.
